Shipping

Delivery is available to any city in Ukraine via Nova Poshta or Meest Express, according to the carrier’s rates. You can choose delivery to a warehouse or courier delivery to your address.

We also offer international shipping across Europe. Additionally, we can arrange delivery to any location in Europe — please contact our managers for more details.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are paid by the recipient according to the selected delivery service rates. The minimum order amount for delivery is 600 UAH (approx. $30).

Lighting products: from 300 UAH (approx. $10)

Delivery Time

If an item is not in stock, the delivery time is 35–45 business days from the date of payment.

Due to current conditions and holidays, delivery times may vary. Please check with our managers for exact timing.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

A damage report must be completed together with the carrier.
Claims without a properly completed report will not be accepted.
You have the right to refuse damaged goods.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return a product of proper quality within 7 days if:

it has not been installed or used;
it has not been damaged by the customer;
the original packaging is preserved.

Custom-made lighting items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the product does not match its description.
