A: Whether it supports dimming depends on what type of bulb you buy. If you buy a dimming bulb, this lamp will achieve a dimming function.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 45 business days (approximately 1.5–2 months) from the date of the advance payment. Every order goes through a three-stage quality control process to ensure the product meets your expectations.

A chandelier is not a seasonal purchase — waiting 1.5–2 months to get exactly what you want is far better than compromising and settling for something that's simply available sooner.

Delivery Across Ukraine
We ship to any city in Ukraine via Nova Poshta or Meest Express at the carrier's rates. Delivery to a warehouse or courier delivery to your door — your choice.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is paid by the recipient according to the selected carrier's rates. Minimum order amount for delivery — 600 UAH (approx. $15).

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damage is found:

File a damage report together with the carrier
Claims without a completed report will not be accepted
You have the right to refuse damaged goods

Payment Schedule
We work on a prepayment basis — a mutual guarantee of serious intentions. Since every fixture is sourced and ordered individually for you, payment is made in two stages:
