Important Installation Notes:

This fixture is not suitable for concrete ceilings.

It requires a gypsum or wooden decorative ceiling with pre-reserved holes for recessed lighting. Please ensure the recessed light fixture holes are prepared in advance, as the fixture does not include ceiling panels.

Our design blueprint provides a reference diagram for the installation holes. If you need a detailed downlight installation diagram, please contact us.

Height & Customization:

The pendant can be customized to any desired height before installation, but the height cannot be adjusted afterward due to its unique shape.

We also offer easy customization of size, finish color, number of light sources, and hanging wire/chain length. You can communicate directly with our designers online to simplify the process.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 45 business days (approximately 1.5–2 months) from the date of the advance payment. Every order goes through a three-stage quality control process to ensure the product meets your expectations.

A chandelier is not a seasonal purchase — waiting 1.5–2 months to get exactly what you want is far better than compromising and settling for something that's simply available sooner.

Delivery Across Ukraine
We ship to any city in Ukraine via Nova Poshta or Meest Express at the carrier's rates. Delivery to a warehouse or courier delivery to your door — your choice.

International Shipping

Shipping Cost
Shipping is paid by the recipient according to the selected carrier's rates. Minimum order amount for delivery — 600 UAH (approx. $15).

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damage is found:

File a damage report together with the carrier
Claims without a completed report will not be accepted
You have the right to refuse damaged goods
