Please review our return and exchange policy for lighting products before placing your order.

Return Conditions

You may return a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

• the item has not been installed or used;
• the item has not been damaged by the customer;
• the original packaging is fully preserved;
• the product retains its original condition and presentation.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made lighting products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

• manufacturing defects;
• the product does not match the confirmed order or description.

Replacement Policy

In case of defects or damage, DEPRIMO reserves the right to first offer a replacement of the product or its damaged components.

A return or refund may be considered only if replacement is not possible.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team within the specified return period.

All returns must be предварительно согласованы with our manager. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must report it immediately upon delivery.

• A damage report must be completed with the shipping carrier;
• Claims without an official report will not be accepted;
• You may refuse the damaged item at the time of delivery.
