Delivery Areas

We deliver to all cities across Ukraine via Nova Poshta and Meest Express.

International delivery is available across Europe. Shipping to specific countries and addresses can be arranged individually — please contact our team for details.

Delivery Methods

• Delivery to carrier warehouse
• Courier delivery to your address
• International shipping via logistics partners

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the rates of the selected delivery service and are paid by the recipient.

Minimum order amount for delivery: 600 UAH (approx. $30).

Estimated shipping cost for lighting products: from 300 UAH (approx. $10).

Delivery Time

In-stock items are shipped as quickly as possible.

For made-to-order lighting, delivery time is 35–45 business days from the date of full payment.

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as logistics conditions or holidays. Please check with our managers for exact timing.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after full prepayment. Once your order is confirmed, production and delivery timelines begin.

Important Notice

Please inspect your order upon delivery. In case of any visible damage, a report must be completed with the carrier at the time of receipt.

Claims without an official report may not be accepted.
